At Mishay Enterprises, we understand that our homes, communities and organizations have a common denominator, the people serving within them. People who all need occasional encouragement and strategy to flourish. We write, we speak and we facilitate to encourage people to live on purpose.

What does live on purpose mean? Living on purpose means aligning your plans and decisions with your unique mission. It means showing up as your authentic self while honoring those around you and contributing what only you can.

MEET BRANDI

Brandi acknowledged her purpose to teach and encourage people to live on purpose in 2004. Incorporating this mission into every facet of her life, she has lived her call by building a thriving career as a learning and development and talent management leader within top global companies. She builds high performing teams and drives corporate strategies that help corporations plan for the organizational needs of today while building the learning culture required to excel well into the future.

Brandi has taught and encouraged others through over twenty years of dedicated service as a leader and instructor. As the President and Founder of Mishay Enterprises, she has helped deliver custom learning solutions since 2019. Whether Brandi is advising an executive team on learning strategy, teaching children in her local church, coaching high achievers or creating workshops for community outreach, she reminds us that we are to walk in our purpose in every domain.

Brandi is the author of two books, the middle grade children's fiction book Middle School Blues and the adult non-fiction book Marriage is Amazing! She holds a Masters in Christian Ministry from More Than Conquerors College in Charlotte, NC, a Bachelors in Business Management and a Masters of Education from NC State University in Raleigh, NC. Brandi lives in Charlotte, NC with her best friend and husband Jeff. Though partners in everything, together they have the special privilege of loving and supporting their three children.
